All our toothpaste tablets contain hydroxyapatite (HAp) that is a non-toxic alternative to fluoride. It restores tooth enamel naturally.

Spearmint toothpaste tablets contain fluoride (precisely 1450 ppm), just in case there are people who absolutely need it in their product.

• Chew the tablet.
• Brush with a wet toothbrush for approx. 2 minutes.
• Spit out the foam (For the maximum effect of the minerals, we recommend only spitting out the foam and not rinsing your mouth with water).

• Recommended use: 2 times a day, morning and evening.
• Recommended amount: 1 tablet per use.
• It is recommended to clean the teeth with dental floss BEFORE brushing.
• For maximum freshness always store tabs in a sealed bag or pour into a container with a tight-fitting lid.
