• Chew the tablet.
• Brush with a wet toothbrush for approx. 2 minutes.
• Spit out the foam (For the maximum effect of the minerals, we recommend only spitting out the foam and not rinsing your mouth with water).

• Recommended use: 2 times a day, morning and evening.
• Recommended amount: 1 tablet per use.
• It is recommended to clean the teeth with dental floss BEFORE brushing.
• For maximum freshness always store tabs in a sealed bag or pour into a container with a tight-fitting lid.

• Take a sip of water or use your saliva.
• Swirl for 30 seconds and spit out the excess. Swish the solution vigorously around your mouth for at least 30 seconds to ensure all active ingredients reach every corner, then simply spit out the excess.
