• Return conditions


    You have the right to cancel the purchase-sale contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods.

    The returned goods must be intact and unused. The right of withdrawal does not apply to used products. To return the goods, submit a free-form Return Application within 14 calendar days of receiving the order by email to hi@joinothers.com. The Return Application must contain the Customer’s full name and the order number that the Customer has received in the confirmation email. The Customer must return the goods within 14 calendar days of submitting the application or provide evidence that he has handed over the goods to a logistics company (such as AS Eesti Post (Omniva)) within the aforementioned period. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost if the customer made the order intentionally before the desire of returning. The purchase amount will be refunded to the customer immediately, but no later than 15 working days.


    Our products have a guarantee, which is valid for one month after receiving the order for normal use of the product.

    The warranty applies to the content of our product – toothbrush holders – in the case of non-compliance and defects. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear of the packaging or content, changes in color tone and/or texture and/or shape of the product. If you have any questions about your product or want to claim a warranty, please write or email us at hi@joinothers.com. In the letter, give a brief overview of the problem and leave us your contact information so that we can contact you as soon as possible. During the warranty period, the replacement of the product content will be free of charge, but additional transportation costs will apply.
