Peppermint toothpaste tablets contain hydroxyapatite (HAp) that is a non-toxic, naturally-occurring mineral that serves as an effective alternative to fluoride. It actively restores and strengthens tooth enamel—along with potassium citrate, to reduce tooth sensitivity.

HOW TO USE TOOTHPASTE TABLETS
- Chew the tablet.
- Brush with a wet toothbrush for approx. 2 minutes.
- Spit out the foam (For the maximum effect of the minerals, we recommend only spitting out the foam and not rinsing your mouth with water).
- Recommended use: 2 times a day, morning and evening.
- Recommended amount: 1 tablet per use.
- It is recommended to clean the teeth with dental floss BEFORE brushing.
- For maximum freshness always store tabs in a sealed bag or pour into a container with a tight-fitting lid.
